The Cougar Marching Band S&A Fee allocation supports the operations of the Cougar Marching Band through stipends for band members, instrument maintenance and replacement, music licensing, uniform maintenance and replacement, travel, and meals and water for game days. The Cougar Marching Band performs at athletic, campus, community, and alumni events and represents WSU locally and nationally.
