University Recreation
The University Recreation (UREC) S&A Fee allocation supports sports, fitness, and leisure activities such as intramural sports, groups fitness classes, sport clubs, outdoor trips and a rental shop, personal training, safety education, challenge activities, and aquatics programming. The funds also provide employment for more than 350 students. UREC activities can be found at the Student Recreation Center, Chinook Student Center, Stephenson Fitness Center, Valley Road Playfields. In addition, the allocation supports Registered Student Organization and open recreation access to recreational activities in Smith Gym, the Physical Education Building, tennis courts, Hollingbery Fieldhouse, and all outdoor playfields.
